Connecting your review platforms
Each platform connects in a slightly different way. Here is exactly what you need to do for each one. No technical knowledge required.
- Click Connect Google in your Connections settings
- A Google sign-in window opens. Log in with the account that manages your Google Business Profile
- Click Allow to give Raivo read and reply access
- Done. Your reviews appear in Raivo within minutes
Responses are posted automatically once you approve them. No copy-pasting needed.
TripAdvisor
- Go to your TripAdvisor listing page
- Copy the full URL from your browser address bar
- Paste it into the TripAdvisor field in your Connections settings
- Done. Raivo uses your listing URL to pull in your reviews automatically
TripAdvisor does not allow automated responses. When you approve a response, Raivo gives you a one-click button to copy it and open TripAdvisor. You just paste and submit.
- In your Connections settings, click the Facebook setup guide link
- Follow the step-by-step guide to generate a Page Access Token
- Copy the token and paste it into the Facebook field in your settings
- Done. Raivo will now read and respond to your Facebook reviews
Once connected, responses are posted automatically when you approve them. Your account manager can walk you through the setup if needed.
Yelp
- No setup needed on your end. Raivo connects to Yelp automatically
- Your Yelp reviews appear in your inbox like any other platform
- Approve the AI-drafted response as normal
- Use the one-click Copy and Open Yelp button to paste it into the Yelp Business Owner portal
Yelp does not allow any third-party tool to post responses on your behalf. This is a Yelp policy, not a Raivo limitation. The copy-and-paste step takes under 30 seconds.
Your passwords are never stored
Raivo only asks for the minimum access it needs to read your reviews and post responses. We never see or store your platform passwords. You can disconnect any platform at any time from your Connections settings.
