Common questions

What's the difference between the two plans?

Self-Managed gives you full access to the Raivo dashboard — you review AI-drafted responses and approve them before they go live. Fully Managed means we handle everything on your behalf; you simply receive monthly reports and updates without needing to log in.

How quickly will responses be posted?

Self-Managed: as soon as you approve them — typically within a few hours. Fully Managed: we aim to respond within 12 hours of a review being posted.

Do I need to approve every response on the Fully Managed plan?

No — that's the point. On Fully Managed, responses are handled on your behalf. If a review is flagged as a potential crisis, we'll contact you before posting anything.

What platforms do you support?

Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Facebook, and Yelp. Additional platforms can be discussed.

What happens with serious complaints?

Any review flagged as a potential crisis is immediately escalated to you before anything is posted. You get a full briefing on why it was flagged and what we recommend.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can move from Self-Managed to Fully Managed (or vice versa) at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

Is there a contract?

Both plans are month-to-month. No lock-in. We earn your business every month.
